We believe that coaching is teaching.  Coaches need to be able to connect with their players, communicate clear expectations, and give both frequent praise and suggestions for improvement.   Lacrosse Edge Player Development takes great pride in the fact that all of our coaches are also employed as teachers in area school systems.  Our Teacher/Coach Philosophy enables us to convey techniques and principles in a creative, enjoyable, and positive learning environment for our players.
