IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  • Discounts
    • For some programs, an Early Bird Registartion Fee will be honored.  Please refer to each program for more details. 
    • Multiple family registrations will be given a discount.  (You must register all family members at one time in order to receive the discount)
    • Multiple session registrations will be given a discount.  (You must register for multiple sessions at one time to receive the discount)

  • Late Fees
    • It is important for us to know the number of participants for each clinic so that we can plan the number of coaches and field space.  Thus, a $10 late registration fee will be charged to those registering within 7 days of the clinics scheduled start date.

     

  • Refund Policy
    • No cash refunds will be given.  However, credit towards future sessions may be given in the event of documented medical injury.  

                    To receive credit:
                    
                    - Submit to us within 7 days following the event full documentation of 
                       medical circumstances preventing participation.  Mail to the business
                       address below.  If not received within 7 days, credit will be forfeited.
