Session 1: Drills and Skills Clinic - The Complete Player At this clinic, participants will receive direct training and instruction on their overall lacrosse skills. Each week, the clinic will cover several new skills, such as defensive positioning, shooting, and the proper groundball technique. A great clinic for players of all ages. At this clinic, participants will receive direct training and instruction on situational instruction and small ball. Each week, the clinic will cover a new scenario, from fast break situations to 3 on 3 situations. Participants will participate in small ball games with the focus on positioning, ball movement, and understanding of different situations. A great clinic for both new and experienced players. This clinic is offered to varsity and high-level jv players only. The clinic will take place on the 5 Saturdays prior to the start of the lacrosse season. At this clinic, participants will focus solely on their position skills. Players must sign up for one of the skills offered and will work with specific position coaches at refining that skill. This clinic is held at The SportsWorld in Tewksbury, MA. This 5-week program is designed specifically for Little Spikes and Junior A/B Player Development. The Little Spikes will focus on 6 v 6 strategy, moving the ball, and extending the field. Junior A/B Player Development will focus on shooting, learning and practicing different shooting drills and techniques to improve their shooting skills. These are excellent clinics to participate in as players are gearing up for the upcoming season.
